About The Ladies Room SC
The Ladies Room SC was created out of lived experience—not theory.
What began as a response to the lack of safe, affirming spaces for trans and nonbinary people, has grown into one of South Carolina’s leading community-based organizations providing support, care navigation, and leadership development specifically tailored to the needs of this marginalized community .
We are proudly trans-led and rooted in the belief that those closest to the challenges should be leading the solutions.
WHO YOU SERVE:
We serve transgender, nonbinary, and gender-expansive individuals across South Carolina, with a strong focus on communities who have been historically underserved—particularly people of color.
Our space is open to anyone seeking connection, support,and access to affirming resource.

From weekly support groups to leadership development and care navigation, everything we do is designed to create long-term stability, confidence, and independence.
