The Ladies Room SC is the first and only trans-led organization in South Carolina centered on trans and nonbinary quality of life.

The Ladies Room SC improves health equity, wellness, and dignity for trans and nonbinary people of color through culturally competent, trauma-informed care navigation, leadership development, and holistic support services. We create affirming pathways to healthcare, stability, and leadership for individuals who have too often been left out of traditional systems.

What We Do

Care Navigation
We connect community members to affirming healthcare, HIV prevention and care, hormone-related services, and trusted providers.

Weekly Community Space
We host consistent, affirming gatherings where individuals can connect, heal, and build community.

Leadership Development
We support participants in stepping into leadership through mentorship, advocacy, and real opportunities to lead.

Direct Support
We help address urgent needs such as food insecurity, housing instability, transportation, and documentation barriers.
